Refund Policy
Change of Venue
There may be occasions, such as, but not limited to, inclement weather, facility issues, scheduling problems not at fault with Powerstrike Fastpitch, and other random acts of nature, that require Powerstrike Fastpitch to change the venue of games to other parks. We will do everything in our power to notify any affected teams as far in advance as possible when such an occurrence happens.
Refund Policy
Powerstrike Fastpitch and the facilities we play at will make every reasonable effort to complete all scheduled tournaments. The pre-paid gate fee is included as part of the overall tournament entry fee and will be treated as a single amount for the purposes of this rainout refund policy. In the event that circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or facility issues) result in the cancellation or early termination of an event, the following refund policy will apply:
3 GAME GUARANTEE
- 0 Games Started: Full refund less 15% administrative fee
- 1 Game Started: 25% refund
- 2 Games Started: NO REFUND
4 GAME GUARANTEE
- 0 Games Started: Full refund less 15% administrative fee
- 1 Game Started: 50% refund
- 2 Games Started: 25% refund
- 3 Games Started: NO REFUND
5 GAME GUARANTEE
- 0 Games Started: Full refund less 15% administrative fee
- 1 Game Started: 50% refund
- 2 Games Started: 25% refund
- 3 Games Started: NO REFUND
6 GAME GUARANTEE
- 0 Games Started: Full refund less 15% administrative fee
- 1 Game Started: 50% refund
- 2 Games Started: 25% refund
- 3 Games Started: 10% refund
- 4 Games Started: NO REFUND
Withdrawing from a Paid Event
- If your team pays for a tournament and then voluntarily withdraws from said tournament before the payment deadline (typically the Friday, 1 week before the tournament begins), a refund will be issued for the entry, less an administrative fee of 25%.
- If your team pays for a tournament and then voluntarily withdraws after the tournament deadline, then no refund will be issued.
