Entry fee must be paid to guarantee your spot in the event. The deadline for payment is 14 days prior to the event unless otherwise communicated by the tournament director.
Once your division is full a waiting list will be created. If a team on the waiting list pays before a team in the event, they will be moved into the event and the last team to enter the event who is not paid, will be moved to the waiting list. -

Team Gate Fee can be paid at any time and is not required to guarantee a spot in the event. If the Team Gate Fee is paid the day of the event, it must be paid in cash.

Game Format
All State Championships are 3GG Bracket format. There will not be any pool games. Teams will be seeded by their USSSA points and power ranking. All teams are guaranteed to play 3 game in the bracket. Click Here to see and example bracket of an 8 team division.
